The Offices of Dr. Nathanson and Dr. Fried at London Optical has been serving the North Shore of Long Island for over 50 years. Dr. Nathanson has been practicing optometry for over 43 years. In his 43 years of experience, Dr. Nathanson realized that the most important part of the exam is to listen to the patient and try to solve their visual problems. Utilizing today's most advanced equipment Dr. Nathanson is able to ensure the most accurate and comfortable prescription possible. Dr. Nathanson utilizes the latest computerized examination equipment to get the most accurate results possible. After your prescription has been determined, he conducts further tests to see how your eyes function with your new lenses.
Read MoreDr. Jack Fried is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. Prior to oining Dr. Nathanson, he was in private practice in Brooklyn, Oceanside, and Great Neck, Lake Grove and Huntington Long Island, where he treated eye diseases, and co-managed cataract and laser refractive surgery. Dr Fried has lectured on co-management of laser (LASIK, PRK) procedures at continuing education courses to local Optometrists.
